Sitting comfortably means maintaining the inward curve of your lumbar spine in an ‘S’ shape.

The ‘free float’ action of the Support stool allows you to sit in a relaxed or working position whilst still being held in the ‘S’ shape.

Sitting with your hips higher than your knees keeps your pelvic crest rotated forward. This elongates the spine and distributes the weight evenly along it.
